If you are going to monitor remotely with cms using fixed ip, not from the local network, you need to forward this port (34567) number through the router.

If you do not have a fixed IP address, you can provide a remote connection with CMS via Vguard Cloud ID without the need for port forwarding.

Monitoring from Vguard Mobile Devices

If you are going to monitor remotely with your mobile device using a fixed ip, not from the local network, you need to forward this port (5801) number through the router.

If you do not have a fixed IP address, you can use the Vguard Cloud ID feature to establish a remote connection via your mobile device without the need for port forwarding.
